Usage Rights

• The Client will receive non-exclusive rights to use the images and videos for personal and business purposes.

• Patrick Pan Media reserves the right to use images and videos for portfolio, promotional, and advertising purposes. If the Client does not wish for their images or videos to be shared publicly, they must notify Patrick Pan Media. Patrick Pan Media will respect this request and restrict usage accordingly.
